Our kitchens start from around £6,000 depending on size and spec, with most developer projects sitting in the mid- to higher-spec range.

We don't cater to the £3,000 end of the market — but on mid- to high-spec projects, we deliver a much better design and kitchen than the likes of Howdens, while staying consistently in line on price.

Because we're part of Nobilia, we're buying direct at cost, which keeps pricing competitive.

Send over your plans or drawings and we'll price everything up per plot. We'll either invite you into the showroom, or we can host a remote/Microsoft Teams design and planning session.

If you don't have finalised drawings yet, just send what you've got — we can work with early-stage plans and talk it through. Rob, who runs the trade side, will come back to you directly with a clear figure and go through it properly.

Typically 2–3 weeks from order to delivery, which is faster than most UK suppliers.

When you're working to a site programme that matters. We'll confirm lead times at point of order so you can plan around it.

We supply on a trade basis — installation is usually handled by your contractors, but we have multiple experienced installation teams available should you need them.

If needed, we can provide training for your installation teams and we'll support throughout. We're used to working alongside site programmes and keeping it straightforward on your end.

Yes, all our kitchens come with a 10-year no-quibble furniture warranty, so you and your buyers are covered at handover.
